Returns

Okay, if we special order it for you, it's not returnable.

If it's a stock item, if notified within 24 hours, we will accept a return less freight charges. The item must come back in the same condition it was received. After 24 hours on a stock item, give us a call or email. We're here to work with you. Perhaps a different item or credit can be arranged.

Ordering

All custom order amps or special order pedals or accessories require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipping. Non stock amps can take approximately 10 weeks to build. Lead time on pedals is approximately 4-6 weeks. These are hand made iitems, so we don't beat the builder up with 'send it now!!!' that's not the way an artist makes his best work!

We try to keep the website as up to date as possible, but sometimes it can be out of date. If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know. If you want to make sure, please email first for availability.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds or credit is at the sole discretion of PhatDaddy Guitar Works.

Shipping

Pedals are shipped free of charge USPS ground. If payment is made by paypal, it will be sent to confirmed address only. If you need alternate shipping arrangements, let us know, we'll do our best to work it out. Outside of US or Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, email for rates.

Amplifiers are sent Fedex Ground or USPS ground insured and tracked.

Outside of US, again email for quote. We do not put lower values on custom invoices.
